Paul Honeywell,

CEO

Paul is a business leader with 30 years experience, focused on advising CEO and Executive-level leaders on driving innovation and change in their companies. He has built companies and created value including from a start-up to a multi-million pound enterprise.

 

He has worked at Board level with over 100 organisations in almost every sector across the world, including BP, BAA, Lloyds Bank, KONE, Nokia, Hilton, Coca-Cola, Pitney-Bowes, EDS, Logica, BT, Wynn Resorts, Ernst & Young and Boots, as well as public sector government, health and police authorities.

Dr. Hrand Mamigonians,

Chief Technology Officer

After successfully completing his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of London (UCL), Hrand applied his expert knowledge of electronic design and manufacture to commercial applications.

 

Hrand has assisted a range of companies design, manufacture and sell membrane based products, including a range of baby monitors for Tomy, selling over 8m units in Europe and Australia.

 

After inventing the technology behind Zedsen, Hrand has spent the last last four years advancing the technology and continues to make breakthroughs.

Daniel Honeywell, Managing Director

After graduating from the University of Leeds with a Joint Honours Degree in Mandarin and Business, Daniel formed Honeywell & Partners together with Paul and focussed on developing a productised consultancy offering to help organisations create and implement their strategies.

 

He built the company from ideation to successful commercialisation, including leading a team of software engineers to produce a world-class strategic implementation tool.

Sir Charles Masefield,
Chairman

Sir Charles is one of Britain’s most respected engineers. He was educated at Cambridge University where he was awarded an Engineering Master’s Degree. He began his career in aerospace, and became Managing Director of the British Aerospace Commercial Aircraft Company employing 16,500 personnel in 1986.

 

Since then, Sir Charles advanced his expertise in engineering, sales, finance and worldwide marketing in roles including Commercial Director of Airbus Industrie, Vice Chairman of the General Electric Company (GEC), Director of the Swiss Bank – Banque Piguet, and Vice Chairman and subsequently President of BAE Systems; Europe’s largest defence company employing 100,000 people and with annual sales of $20 billion.

 

Sir Charles was knighted by Her Majesty The Queen for Services to British Exports after representing the British Government in all negotiations with Presidents, Prime Ministers and Ruling Families around the world, and became the first non-American to receive the US James Doolittle Award for services to the world aerospace industry.

Vahe Tshitoyan

Senior Scientist

Being one of the first people to join Zedsen, Vahe is the lead scientist responsible for physics and machine learning research. He also develops signal and image processing algorithms to make sense of our multidimensional data. He has a physics PhD from Cambridge, having done research at IBM in Switzerland before moving to the UK.
